I appreciate that when I call the office in Galveston, they are always so helpful over the phone. Sean O’Donohoe sends out messages to everyone on holidays letting all his customers know that he cares. I haven’t found many Agents that do this and I find that very thoughtful. I have had several minor accidents over the last 7 yrs and the Allstate Reps were very helpful & concerned. Thank you for your help!!
